What on earth did we dobefore the internet came along?
I hope I’m not alone in saying this but I would be lost without access to the internet, I really would be!
I use it for all sorts of things – from answering those random questions that pop into my head during the day to finding a recipe for tea using only what we have in the cupboard and from helping the kids with their homework to keeping up with friends, old and new.
One of the big things I use the internet for is to help me save money on an almost daily basis because it gives me access to so much information, so many ideas on how to save money. In fact there are so many sites out there that I use regularly that I had problems narrowing it down to just 10 websites to share with you.

Mysupermarket.co.uk
A great site for comparing which of the big supermarkets offer the lowest prices.
Dealslands.co.uk
Dealslands is a great siteto find the best voucher codes which willhelp you save instantly at lots of online stores. It’s well worth a quick check before you make any online purchase to see if there’s a deal to be had.
TopCashBack
I’m a huge fan of TopCashback and always check on there before making a purchase to see if I can get cashback. I wrote about how I used it here.

I Love, Love Love this site. The forums on here were the first place I spent any real online time and although I’m rarely on there these days, MSE is still the first place I look for any sort of financial information and the weekly email filled with money saving ideas and deals has saved me a fortune over the years.

A website with the tagline ‘Smart shopping starts with when you save money on your Daily Needs’ is always going to be a winner in my eyes because that’s exactly how I feel. Vouchershops.co.uk is filled with voucher codes to help you save money on your everyday shopping.

Another site I love with everything from colouring pages and kids worksheets to invitations and greetings cards. All completely free to print!

I’ve written about this site in more detail here but basically it’s a site that keeps an eye on the things you want to buy on Amazon and lets you know when the price is lowered. It’s great for Amazon because the prices on there fluctuate so much.

A great site that allows you to input the ingredients you have in your house and then presents you with what you can cook using those ingredients.
Vinted.com
This is a great site for used and new clothes, accessories and jewellery. It’s a little like eBay in that you can register and list your items for sale and we’ve had some great little bargains off there.
VoucherBin.co.uk
VoucherBin is another great place to find the best voucher codes that help you save instantly at lots of online stores. It works even better if you combine your vouchers with a cashback site.

I always check this site when I’m planning a day out with the kids. Not only does it give me lots of ideas for places to go, I also get the best deals for entry.
USwitch.com
This should always be your first stop when you’re thinking of changing any of your utility suppliers. Again, this site is even better when you use it in conjunction with a cashback site.

I’ve got some great discount codes from this site recently so I thought it was worth adding on to the list. I simply search for the store I’m making a purchase from to see if there are any available codes – even just a code for free postage is better than nothing. Again, it’s worth combining with a cashback site where possible.
