Girls wore pleated circle skirts, western style denim and tops, colorful corduroy overalls, bibbed dresses with ruffles, classic blazers in this year.

Novelty baseball tees with cartoon or video game characters on them continued to be popular for boys, as well as novelty sweatsuits, plaid shirts, corduroy blazers, nautical suits and corduory overalls.

Coordinating pleates skirts and knit sweaters were popular with girls, along with sweaters and blouses with fun prints and ruffles, velveteen outfits with cropped pants, corduroy separates, and pastel bibbed knit crop-leg overalls.
