My life is always on the go. Though I do have cable at home, I'm rarely there, which means having access to Netflix when I'm on the go is a saving grace. Even when I am at home, I spend most of my down time perusing through the number of movies and shows that are available. Since the service has become my go-to for days when I need something fresh to view, I'm always on the lookout for Netflix shows that keep you on the edge of your seat.
The thing I like most about Netflix (and possibly dislike, too), is the ability to watch every episode of a show once I hit play. I mean, I literally get lost for days when I decide to turn on a new show. There's a sense of excitement about both a new season of my favorite show and a new show that seems interesting being released on Netflix, and I'm sure anyone who has the service can agree.

'The Get Down'
When I started watching The Get Down , I couldn't find a way to past the first episode. However, when I gave it a second run at the top of the year, I found out why it was worthy of a binge watching session.
There is no change at the top, as Baby Reindeer remains the No. 1 show on Netflix. Richard Gadd's autobiographical drama is on pace to become one of Netflix's top shows of 2024. New additions to the top three include Katt Williams's latest special, Woke Foke, and David E. Kelly's latest drama, A Man in Full.

They return when they're either there's enough requests to specifically re-license the show or movie or the studio/ company which manages the rights throws the show or movie into a bundle with something Netflix was specifically looking to license.
