Last week Mondo Guerra and his partner, Eddie, posted an adorable photo as part of The Advocate's Day In LGBT campaign. In captions, the Project Runway star revealed that their relationship is serodiscordant, meaning one partner is HIV-positive and the other is HIV-negative, and he encouraged his social media followers to have conversations about health with their own partners.
"My partner, Eddie and myself are in a discordant status relationship," the HIV activist stated in an Instagram caption. "It's important to continue to have open conversations that concern both of out healthy lives as individuals and together."
