You can share files between virtual machines and your Mac by using shared folders.
Procedure
Select Window > Virtual Machine Library.
Select a virtual machine in the Virtual Machine Library window and click Settings.
Under Systems Settings in the Settings window, click Sharing.
Select the Enable Shared Folders check box.
On Windows and macOS virtual machines, a VMware Shared Foldersshortcut is created on the guest operating system.
Click the add (+) button at the bottom of the display box.
In the Finder sheet, find the location of the folder to share, select it, and click Add.
In the Permissions field, set the virtual machine permission on the contents of the Mac's shared folder.

Read & Write
Enables the virtual machine to change the contents of the shared folder on your Mac.
Read Only
Prevents the virtual machine from changing the contents of the shared folder on your Mac.
Permission settings on your Mac also determine access to files in the shared folder. Read-only permission on a file or folder takes precedence over the Shared Folder permission setting.
(Optional) Click the Open in Guest button to open the shared folder in the virtual machine.
This option is available only for Windows virtual machines that are powered on. The Open in Guest option was added in Fusion 8.1.
Sign in at drive.google.com. On the left, click Shared with me. Select the files or folders that you would like to create a shortcut for. Right or two-finger click the files or folders you selected and select Add shortcut to Drive.
This issue occurs if the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service is stopped or if the service is running as Local System but not Local Service. To resolve this issue, make sure that the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service is running as a Local Service.
Select the file or folder that needs to be moved in Shared with Me, right-click the mouse and select "Copy to" (you can also select the options listed above), and finally select Google Drive as the destination path to add shared folder to My Drive not shortcut.
Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command dialog. In the Enter network credentials dialog, click More choices and select Use a different account. Enter the username and password for accessing the shared folder.
To share files on Windows 10, open the folder with the files in “File Explorer,” right-click the folder and access the “Properties,” navigate to the “Sharing” tab, click “Share,” choose the user or group, click “Add,” choose the access permissions, click on “Share.”
Find and open "Shared with me" in the cloud list added on the left, and select the file or folder to be copied. Then right-click the selected file or folder, and select the "Copy to" option in the pop-up window (you can also directly select "Copy to" in the upper option bar after selecting the file or folder).
Select Computer, and then select Map network drive. Step 2: Select an available letter in the Drive: selection box. Next, type the shared drive path in the Folder: text box. Check Connect using different credentials, and select the Finish button.
For Exchange Online mailboxes, right-click Folders in the left navigation pane, and then choose Add shared folder or mailbox. For Exchange on-premises mailboxes, right-click the name of your primary mailbox (such as Molly Dempsey) in the left navigation pane, and then choose Add shared folder or mailbox.
