With a combined wealth of around $1.5 billion and assets across the globe, the Kardashian empire is bigger than ever before.

But when it comes to everything from their wardrobes to their business ventures, it's well known that the sisters have maintained a friendly rivalry with each other over the years.

And now, their luxury Los Angeles real estate portfolio offers a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the A-list family – and reveals who's got the most glamorous mansion of all!

Although home renovation and interior design are popular hobbies within the family, matriarch Kris Jenner insists they're not competitive about where they live.

'There's zero rivalry when it comes to houses,' the momager told Architectural Digest. 'We're very fortunate to live in close proximity, and we all enjoy each other's homes. I'm incredibly proud that the kids have discovered their own identities and passions.'

Today, the Kardashians all live within the exclusive LA neighborhoods of Calabasas and Hidden Hills all just 6 miles away from each other. But that wasn't always the case.

Kris and her first husband Robert Kardashian – who was part of O.J. Simpson's defense team – raised their children Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob in a mansion in Beverly Hills that had a tennis court, swimming pool and bar.

It was in 1996 that Kris and Bruce Jenner, now known as Caitlyn Jenner, first moved to the Hidden Hills neighborhood after welcoming Kendall and before Kylie was born. They then relocated to Calabasas, where their reality show is filmed.

Here, DailyMailTV gives a close-up look at the family's properties and reveals who is flipping their home and who has the biggest mansion!

KIM:

Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West bought their dream home in Hidden Hills from Lisa Marie Presley in August 2014.

But it soon turned into a nightmare after Kanye decided he wasn't happy with the years of renovation work and they started from scratch all over again in 2016.

The family finally moved into the eight-bedroom house that they paid $20 million for in 2017.

But they faced more drama after they had to evacuate their home when wildfires swept through California in November 2018.

Now, as these aerial shots show, Kim and Kanye's mansion is finally ready for completion as they prepare to welcome their fourth child via surrogate.

The couple, who share North, five, Saint, three, and one-year-old Chicago, has clearly made several changes to the outside of the house.

Among the major alterations are another wing that they have added and the exterior of the home, which has been completely resurfaced.

Kim and Kanye have also removed dormer windows and extended the other windows around the building.

The latest images reveal that the grounds of the estate appear extremely different. The stars have replaced the two swimming pools with one large rectangular pool and added paths to different areas of the home.

They have also extended the outdoor space by removing a fence at the back of the property and planting dozens of trees that could have cost them more than $100,000.

There's also a newly installed full-size basketball court beside an outhouse, which is believed to be for Kanye as the rapper is known to be a big fan of the sport.

But unlike her sisters who are also parents, Kim's house does not have any play equipment for the children outside.

Although it has taken years to complete the extensive work, Kris has said that Kim and Kanye's mansion is now worth $60 million. And Kim's family is taking over the exclusive area – as Kris bought a neighboring property in 2017.

KHLOE:

It's been a difficult year for Khloe Kardashian after she ended her relationship with baby daddy Tristan Thompson when he was caught cheating again.

But the 34-year-old has the ultimate mansion in which to raise daughter True and nurse her broken heart following the messy split.

It's also where Khloe's troubled brother Rob spends a lot of his time. Although he no longer lives with Khloe, who he is closer to than any of his other siblings, it's still believed that he has a spare room at her house.

Khloe purchased her Calabasas home from Justin Bieber in 2014 for $7.2 million.

So far, she has done little in the way of changing it – save for removing the large half pipe skateboarding ramp that the pop star had installed in the garden.

However, as DailyMailTV's aerial shots show, Khloe is now having a lot of renovation work done.

The images reveal scaffolding surrounding the rear of the home, suggesting that it is being fully reconstructed. And the building work appears to be taking place both on the inside and outside of the property.

In the large garden, Khloe has also added a jungle gym for True and her baby cousins to play with. It's clear that only the best will do for the mom-of-one, as the set includes two slides, swings, and a climbing area.

Workers were also seen in the gardens, keeping the 1.3 acres of land that the reality star owns in tiptop shape.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house is the first place that Khloe bought after ending her marriage to Lamar Odom and moving out of the home that they shared.

It's also just down the street from her sister Kourtney's mansion and as fans know, the siblings regularly get together for workouts.

KOURTNEY:

Although she may be worth less than some of her siblings, Kourtney Kardashian appears to have the biggest home of anyone in the family, perhaps aside from Kim.

The 40-year-old bought her 12,000-square-foot Calabasas mansion from NFL star Keyshawn Johnson in 2014 for $8.5million.

And while the house caused Kourtney some problems at first when she had to deal with a mold infestation, she has since transformed it into her dream home.

Like her mom Kris Jenner, Kourtney has an eye for interior design and even has a home and entertaining section on her new lifestyle website, Poosh.

But the property that the star used to share with ex Scott Disick is far more of a wonderland for kids than the ultimate party pad.

These aerial images of the mansion reveal that it has everything Mason, nine, Penelope, six, and four-year-old Reign could ever wish for in a home.

Near the swimming pool is a sunken trampoline, and there's also a large jungle gym with a tube slide behind the pool house.

In fact, the kids appear to have taken over parts of the property. On the basketball court where Kourtney and Khloe often have their personal training sessions is a host of high-end electric cars for children, as well as a selection of different bicycles.

Looking at all the miniature vehicles, it's hard to believe that Kourtney only has three children.

Although the basketball court came with the house, Kourtney had it redone in a muted color and she also added a shaded seating area beside the pool.

It's just as kid-friendly inside the home, where Kourtney has a toy-filled playroom with chalkboard walls and custom-designed bedrooms for each of the children.

But with an elevator, massage room and its own gym, there's also plenty for the mother-of-three to enjoy.

KRIS:

On 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', the family matriarch can be seen roaming around her gigantic Calabasas mansion. And while the home is still used as the setting for the reality show, Kris Jenner no longer lives there.

Instead, the 63-year-old has moved into a smaller property that she purchased for $9.9 million in December 2017.

Kris has some familiar faces as her neighbors as the mansion is directly across the street from Kim and Kanye's home, meaning that she can visit her daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren whenever she wishes.

Now that all of Kris's children have grown up and flown the coop, she has downsized with her latest home.

In fact, the six-bedroom mansion is noticeably smaller than some of the other properties in the Hidden Hills neighborhood.

It may come as a surprise to see that the momager is living considerably humbler than her kids. But as these aerial images show, Kris clearly still ensures that her house and garden are kept in immaculate condition at all times.

The photos reveal a portable toilet outside that is presumably for the use of staff and workers. There is also a motorcycle parked on the property.

Kris has plenty of space to unwind or entertain outside with an outdoor grill, large swimming pool and hot tub. She has also transformed the indoor space into the ultimate haven since moving in.

'I've been collecting furniture and making houses for a lifetime. I've had so many different types of homes in so many different styles,' she told Architectural Digest.

'I don't enjoy going out as much as I used to. My job is so hectic and chaotic. I'm always running a million miles an hour. I wanted my home to feel like a sanctuary, perfectly calm and peaceful.'

KYLIE:

Kylie Jenner is now the wealthiest member of her family after becoming the world's youngest self-made billionaire. And it certainly shows at her property.

The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister is also on her way to becoming a real estate mogul and has sold two of her three Hidden Hills houses.

But it looks like Kylie has no plans to get rid of the third, which she purchased in 2016 for $12 million.

The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion is inspired by Cape Cod and has become a family home for Kylie, boyfriend Travis Scott and their one-year-old daughter, Stormi.

DailyMailTV's aerial images reveal that there's plenty for the little girl to make use of as she gets older, with a large playhouse in the garden and a jungle gym complete with slides, swings and climbing areas.

But the snapshots also show Kylie and Travis's toys – as there is a large fleet of pricey vehicles lining their driveway.

Around a dozen cars were seen parked along the drive, with several more outside the front of the property and some parked in the garage.

That's no surprise, because both Kylie and Travis are known for their love of expensive and flashy vehicles. The 21-year-old has multiple Ferraris, a Rolls-Royce, two Mercedes and a Range Rover.

The latest photos of Kylie's mansion also show that she is conscious about keeping her home clean and tidy. Outside the house are at least 12 garbage and recycling bins.

Kylie's neatly maintained property, where she hid out during her pregnancy, also has a large swimming pool with beds for lounging in the sunshine.

And as well as having plenty of space for Kylie and her family, there is a spa room where she can relax after a busy day of working on her cosmetics brand.

SCOTT:

He's become a star in his own right thanks to Keeping Up With The Kardashians. And now, Scott Disick is launching his own television show.

Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend and baby daddy has a new hobby developing property, and he's now working on the E! series 'Flip It Like Disick' that will follow him renovating mansions and selling them.

It's something that Scott has been interested in for a while after selling his first flipped house five years ago.

And DailyMailTV can reveal that he's hard at work on transforming his latest home.

The star purchased a five-bedroom property in Hidden Hills one year ago and started renting out his other house in the neighborhood.

But photos of Scott's most recent purchase reveal that he is renovating the entire acre of land– suggesting the restoration will appear on his new show.

Workers were seen on the property, developing both the inside of the building and the outdoor space. By the looks of it, the home will be entirely different when Scott's done with it.

The front garden has been dug up and the swimming pool and hot tub have been drained. There is also a portable cabin at the front that is presumed to contain toilets for people working on the house.

Clearly, this is an ambitious and expensive project for Scott, who used to live at Kourtney's mansion in Calabasas and spent $3.25 million on this property.

The 35-year-old suggests that all of the houses he flips on his new show will be multimillion-dollar mansions.

'I'm excited to bring fans a new series that shows what I'm really passionate about professionally, which is flipping real estate and doing crazy and impressive renovations on celebrity homes,' Scott said of his latest venture.
