Who run the world? Girls! And to be more specific, the Kardashian girls: Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney, the ones who started it all. The Kardashian-Jenner clan has now grown to little sibs Kylie and Kendall Jenner too, of course, but the original Kardashian trio are the ones who set this family in motion — and they have the checkbooks andreal estate portfoliosto prove it. When we watchedKeeping Up With The Kardashians,the home featured on the sisters’ reality show was just for shooting, so glimpses of theiractualhomes were much rarer. Now that they’ve moved over to Hulu with their new show, The Kardashians, viewers have finally had the chance to see how the one percent lives — and it’s fabulous. From Calabasas to Hidden Hills, the most luxurious enclaves of Los Angeles are filled withmultimillion-dollar Kardashian sister homes, and we’re taking a closer look.

First of all, it goes without saying that each of the sisters owns multiple properties. And while most of their homes (and most of their work lives) are based in Los Angeles, the Kardashians are quietly spreading out with a new compound in La Quinta — we’re talking the high-end, super-elite Madison Club community. When it comes to their Cali locations, there are basically whole neighborhoods devoted to housing the Kardashian clan, since this family likes to stay close. In fact, if you see momager Kris Jenner buying up property, it’s a pretty sure bet that at least one of her daughters will follow. Yes, we’re talking about all three daughters here.

From Kourtney’s 12,000 square-foot home in Calabasas(and her husband Travis Barker’s home nearby) to Kim’s $60-million Hidden Hills home, Khloé’s side-by-side property with Kris, and beyond, here’s an inside look at the Kardashian sisters’ homes — no filter necessary.

Kim’s $60M Hidden Hills Estate
The home, formerly known as Kim and Kanye’s primary residence,is now just Kim’s place, where she is permanently staying to give stability to their four kids amid the divorce.
The Hidden Hills estate was profiled in Architectural Digest in February 2020, before their marital woes. The 4.5 acre property houses their utterly unique mansion designed by Axel Vervoordt, originally purchased for $20M and now at valued at $60M. This picture shows the house before renovation — and before it tripled its value.

The home definitely has Kanye’s aesthetic, which Kim also said was something she appreciated. “The one thing Kanye and I had in common was our preference for a neutral palette,” Kim told AD. I love the simplicity of the design. Everything in the outside world is so chaotic. I like to come into a place and immediately feel the calmness.”

While the home itself is statuesque, the property is nothing to scoff at either — it features two pools, two spas, a vineyard, and ever-expanding new additions every few months…

That brings us to the addition to the Hidden Hills property. In 2019, Kim and Kanye scooped up this $3 million, four-bedroom home adjacent to their main residence, which again, is now just part of Kim’s estate.

While the home’s 3,900 square feet of living space might be exciting to some, it’s believed that Kim and Kanye were originally interested in the equestrian facilities located on the 1.5 acres of property, and planned to build out the stables. After all, North is already learning how to ride horses in Wyoming.

Yes, another fixer-upper for Kim. She wanted this Hidden Hills property that is adjacent to her main home so badly, she paid $800,000 over the asking price for a total of $6.3 million. There is one tricky aspect to this home — and it’s not the renovations — it’s the fact that there’s a community bridle path that prevents her from merging the two properties.
Kim’s Real Estate Dilemma
Kim will probably figure out a way to make the two properties one unit, but it might require her moving the equestrian trails at her own expense. Given the fact that she paid well over the asking price for the home, we have a feeling she would be happy to pay for a new path for the neighborhood, too.
Kourtney’s $9M Calabasas Home
Big sis Kourtney resides in her own Calabasas mansion, a home she purchased with then-boyfriend Scott Disick. With 12,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and kids rooms galore, this is family home heaven.

Kourtney’s home was featured inArchitectural Digest in 2017, and we can see why: this view of the front yard already has us hooked, and we haven’t even seen the pool, gym, spa, basketball court, or cabana yet.
That’s not the only home Kourtney can live in now that she’s married to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker because he also has a home in the same neighborhood. Taking a page from his wife, he also featured his property in Architectural Digest in 2022, where he showed off the “restrained vibe” of the residence. For now, two homes are working for them, but we will see if they buy an estate together in the future.
Kourtney’s $12M La Quinta Home
Kourtney is the first Kardashian sister to land a La Quinta property near Kris at the swanky, gated Madison Club community. She landed the 9,335-square-foot home for $12 million, fully furnished. That’s right, she doesn’t have to lift a finger to decorate the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom house — it was move-in ready from top to bottom.

Everything about this place screams clean lines and bright, natural light, which is exactly what living in the California desert is all about. The neutral tones of the wood also give it a rich feel from the flooring all the way to the matching ceiling.

This second home was probably an easy purchase for Kourtney because of the stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. That breathtaking landscape is fully seen from any room on the backside of the house — and those floor-to-ceiling windows open right up for the best in indoor-outdoor living.

We can already picture Penelope, Reign and Mason swimming their little hearts out in this massive infinity pool lined with palm trees. If that isn’t enough activity for them, the Madison Club offers spa facilities, a gym and five-star dining that is a part of their monthly (and astonishing)$1,485HOA fees. So if you’re keeping tabs on where the Kardashians live, it’s Kourtney in Calabasas and Kim, and now, Khloé, in Hidden Hills. The youngest Kardashian sister kissed Calabasas goodbye for this $17-million home, which is part of a larger piece of land that she bought in conjunction with Kris. Her mom has a $20-million home next door because those Kardashian kids love to stay close to the matriarch of the family.
The aerial shot, filmed by X17, shows when the homes were still under construction, but from their latest reality show, we saw finally their modern farmhouse style with a huge pool in the back. If that’s not enough house for you, take a glance over a Poosh to see Khloé’s kitchen, which is truly “walk-in pantry goals.” If only we could organize our dream home the way Koko does, we would have a snack drawer to rival hers.
