It is an air quality alert. An air quality alert is used by Government agencies to communicate to the public how polluted the air currently is or how polluted it is forecast to become. It can be 'unhealthy' for the public and 'sensitive' to those who have medical conditions ie Asthma.

Canceled? I just got this for the very first time ever 12/15/18 Made me look twice!
deggie was joking that they cancelled the mental health alert after the last presidential election. The air quality alert has not ben cancelled.
