The first option is only available to female characters under the age of 50, and it is Artificial Insemination. While BitLife characters will need to be in agreement with their partners in order to pursue this procedure, it will definitely make it easier to have twins or triplets. That said, it is not guaranteed that a character that uses Artificial Insemination will ultimately have twins or triplets, though there is a trick that players can use to make a multi-child birth a certainty.
Specifically, this trick comes into play at the point where players are notified of the results of the Artificial Insemination. If this notification does not indicate that there are twins or triplets, then fans of life sim games should not accept or close the prompt. Instead, they should close the BitLife app entirely and reopen it to receive new results. Players should then repeat this process until they have the type of pregnancy that they are after.
The second Fertility option is IVF, and both male and female characters can pursue it if they are unable to get pregnant without intervention. As with Artificial Insemination, the procedure must be agreed upon within the relationship, and arguments on the subject can occur. Even still, players that are committed to having twin and triplets should not give up on the matter, as IVF will make attaining that result much more likely.
