The partnership between design agency and client is a collaborative one.

It’s built on mutual trust, shared goals, and a matched brand vision. At Form, we become an extension of your marketing team. Usually, clients come to us with just one project in mind, but often that one project leads to ongoing day to day design services. And this was the case with globally recognised FX and CFD broker, INFINOX.

INFINOX recognised that their current brand was lacking in quality, consistency and had no cohesion between any marketing material that they presented to the public. Whether online or offline, the material was providing mixed messaging to the audience.

The challenge

Our first task was the creation of a new brand identity that would resonate with professional traders. At the same time, we had to attract the volume based day-to-day traders.

We built a new brand identity for the INFINOX company. Keeping the existing logo and colour palette, we took a fresh approach as to how to visually position the company alongside updating key messaging. We defined and completed the brand for the INFINOX and backed it up by the advertising campaign ‘Trading Power’. This campaign went on to be used across various media outlets on launch of the new brand.

The process

The next task was the creation of a new website which would be key in generating leads and informing customers about the services INFINOX offers.

Due to our experience working with other Forex companies we understood what INFINOX needed for the creation of this new website. A new website layout and development would allow users to find correct, relevant information easily. We had to ensure the website looked professional and gave users confidence that INFINOX was a company they would feel safe in trading with.

Our Form team developed the website alongside the INFINOX marketing team and working closely with their development team. The launch of the website was a success, creating a strong online presence for the next step of the INFINOX journey. With a growing company comes the need for a wider marketing reach. This is where the Form team gets to work again.

Familiar with the brand and the company’s vision, our team at Form worked alongside the internal INFINOX marketing team. With the financial services company’s offices expanding from Dubai to Asia, from Europe to the US and LATAM, the turnaround for marketing material was vast. Each office came with a unique request for marketing material, and we were more than happy to assist.

The results

Working alongside the INFINOX team, Form provided a design team to assist the marketing requirements.

This included website page design, social media videos, animated banners, offline material such as brochures and guides, tutorial videos and webinar branding. Alongside a strong online presence there will always be a need to produce offline marketing material. INFINOX and their sub brands attend various exhibitions to promote their services. In what is a very competitive exhibition hall, we strive to produce unique stands to attract customers.

INFINOX has been a company with growth into other areas of the Forex market and sub-brands had been born from the parent company. These required their own sub brands that we ensured the design of the brands had a connection to the original INFINOX brand.

Form continues to work with INFINOX on a daily basis, fulfilling a wide range of marketing requests and briefs. The collaborative and trusting nature of our partnership allows us to present new ideas and possibilities to the INFINOX team. There’s nothing better than experiencing that journey with them.
