Sea of Thieves Captain's Voyages were introduced at the start of season seven. There are only two ways to participate in a Captain's Voyage.

What Is a Captain's Voyage
A Captain's Voyage is similar to the traditional Voyages you can perform with trading in Sea of Thieves. Captain's Voyages are a great way to do a variety of missions all at once. If you have a high enough level with specific trading companies, you can do missions with the Gold Hoarders and the Order of The Souls, but you can also mix it up with the other companies.

You'll also be able to do multiple missions simultaneously with a respective trading company. For instance, if you accept a Captain's Voyage, you can loot a vault, then right dig up treasure somewhere else on an island.
