Definitely an amazing company if you wish to peruse this full time or long term, but difficult as a student working part time. It requires a lot of dedication and personal time for work, but the benefits are worth it.

Pros

You can learn different skills like teamwork, communication, customer service. And also you will have a deeper understanding of the luxury industry.

Cons

The commission from selling an item is low unless you are good at selling. otherwise, your salary will be average. Since there are tons of full-time employees with little senior and manager positions, the promote opportunity seems smaller.

Nice PTO days and sick days, products sells itself

Cons

A lot of work, but NO more commission, a lit bit unfair environment because it's hard to get kicker bonus since too many associates in a small boutique. They hire Way too many managers because they save a lot of money on changing commission to hourly plus bonus system.

Advice to Management

Hire less managers, and please be fair on departments and kickers. It's a big company, employee should get paid what they work for.
