Bigger is better

Tights are typically made small and considering their close fit, it's better for them to be bigger rather than too small. There's really no need to ever try and squeeze into a pair!

Let's begin with another explanation: the numerical size definitions for pantyhose and stockings have equivalent designations indicated by letters that are widely used in the industry.
