Related to Client Board
Management Board means the management board of the Company.
Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.
Supervisory Board means the individual or group of individuals that allocate expenditures from a political issues committee.
Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company
Joint Board means a body corporate, constituted for the purposes of a combination of local authorities under this Act or by or under any other enactment, consisting exclusively of persons appointed by the local authorities;
Project Board means an advertisem*nt displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.
Independent Board Member means a trustee of the Fund who is neither an “interested person” of the Fund as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, nor a party to the Proceeding with respect to which indemnification or advances are sought.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Executive Board means the body, regardless of name, designated in the declaration to act on behalf of the association.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Supervisory Committee means a committee of members that may be constituted in terms of the constitution of a primary co-operative to exercise supervision over the board of directors;
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;
Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Executive Committee means the executive committee of the Association as referred to in clause 14.1.1.
