If you qualify, to claim VAT exemption we need written confirmation of your name, your address and the nature of your disability and/or chronic or terminal illness.
We have made this very simple through our various ways to shop:
Online
Follow the subsequent stepswhen shopping foryour first order:
Before adding product(s) to your cart, in addition to selecting the size, colour and quantity you would like - select ‘Add to Cart’.
Once you’ve pressed “Add To Cart” a pop up will appear, telling you the item is eligible for VAT exemption. There will be two buttons one saying “VAT included” the other “VAT exempt” press “VAT exempt” and add it to your cart.
Then head to your cart, pressing the button that reads “CONFIRM VAT EXEMPTION AND CHECKOUT”
Complete details fully for all boxes to set up an account, and tick the box to show that you do qualify for VAT Exemption. Go on to complete the extra details fully for the VAT Exempt claimant and then click ‘Create’.
Your account has now been created, please click ‘Check Out’ to proceedwith the order.
If you already have an account with The Able Label and you didn't fill out the exemption information, please fill out this formand we'll update your account to be VAT exempt.
Once your account is registered as VAT exempt, please make sure to be logged in when placing any future orders to receive your VAT exemption!
Please noteyou will only be able to checkout withVAT exemptproducts onceyou havecreated an account and declared the details required for VAT exemption.
