Chef Phillip Frankland Lee’sSushi by Scratchis an intimate, 12-seat affair tucked away behind an unmarked door hidden in plain sight within the Indio Central Market. His omakase speakeasy will serve17 courses from both the land and sea with a unique spin onthe traditionalsushi counter experience. There will be three dining options each day of Coachella at Sushi by Scratch, which is only open to guests 21 and older.
