How do you contact Star Stable? ›

To report bugs, get support or send feedback – please reach out through our contact form at Starstable.com.

When you try to log in but are not successful, a message will be displayed below the password field “Couldn't log in. Wrong username or password”. In this case, either your email address or password is incorrect, or your login credentials are not associated with your Star Stable Online account.

If you have not received the confirmation email, it may have ended up in your spam or promotional folder. If you can't find it at all, you can resend it from the account settings in "your account" from the web browser or in the app.

The chat or messaging of Star Stable Online has five different forms: Say, Friend, Global, Group, and Club Chat. Say Chat: When this chat is used, only the people in the immediate area will see the message. Both Star Riders and non-Star Riders can access this.

Remember that giving away, trading, or selling accounts is against the Star Stable Terms and Conditions. Accounts found to be shared or sold will be permanently closed. Keep your password safe - and private!

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on mobile, Paysafecard, or any other kind of prepaid card payment. Chargebacks and payment reversals (where you have requested the refund through your payment provider) are not a valid way to request refunds and could result in the permanent closure of your Star Stable account.

Star Stable Online's story is about a girl and her adventures on Jorvik, the sisterhood she is in, and her relationship with her horse. We decided to create a game with a female protagonist back in 2011, and this is the character our players will be when they play, just like other games only have male main characters.

Yes, you can have a STABLE account for yourself and/or open and manage multiple STABLE accounts for beneficiaries as their Authorized Legal Representative. Remember that each STABLE account can be connected to one or more bank accounts, and each beneficiary can have only one account at a time.

After 24 consecutive months of inactivity, non-Lifetime accounts are at risk of deletion on our end.

In Star Stable Online, we have a chat that all verified players can use. To ensure that the chat is a nice place to talk to friends and other players while staying safe, we have created a list of chat rules that we ask you to follow. Never give out any personal information to other players.

If you want to send a message to your friend or any other player within your region, you can go to one of the mailboxes around Jorvik and click on it. A window will pop up, and you will be able to either choose one of your friends from your friend list or write the recipient's name.
