Go to your Trips page to find important information, such as the address, your Host’s contact information, and your billing receipt. Check-in information is usually available 48 hours before the reservation begins.

Some Hosts may want to greet you in person to give you the keys or the entry code to their place. If so, look up travel advisories so you can allow extra time to meet up in the event of things like flight delays, bad weather, or road closures.
Having a neighbor, Co-Host, or doorperson meet guests
Our Rebooking and Refund Policy states that guests need to have reasonable access to the place they booked. If you don’t, contact Airbnb within 24 hours of discovering the issue.
Although each host and property manager has a different approach, here are some details you should definitely include in your check-in instructions message:

Self check-in means guests can access a place without needing the Host to be there. Any time after their designated check-in time on their arrival date, guests can conveniently gain access via: A key lockbox. A smartlock. A keypad.
The Airbnb check-in is a process where hosts give their guests direct access to all the information they need to get into the vacation rental and settle in smoothly. There are two types of check-ins: the self check-in and the host-led check-in.
With smart lock integration, the Airbnb app shows guests how to use their unique code to open the door. Guests receive their door code in an email right after they book, and they get a notification when it's time to check in. They can also find the code and lock instructions in their reservation details on Airbnb.
Your listing on Airbnb can be set up to support self-check-in. As long as you have this check-in option enabled, your guests will receive a message automatically three days before check-in with the detailed check-in instructions.
