Sheila is portrayed by Kimberlin Brown, and Deacon is portrayed by Sean Kanan. Both characters had a long, problematic history on the bold and the beautiful. Sheila is a famous villain that was scheming since 1990. Before joining the B&B family Sheila's character was causing trouble in Genoa City. Deacon started as shady club owner and the biological father of Eric Sharpe. He is most known for an affair with his ex mother in law and baby mamma Brooke Logan Forrester.

Start of an unlikely friendship (2021)[]

Sheila and Deacon met at a bar and they started to confide in each other. Sheila told Deacon about her problems with Steffy Forrester, her daughter in law. Sheila wasn't accepted by all the Forrester's for shooting Taylor Hayes and causing a lot of other problems for the family. She told Deacon how she wants to be a part of her sons and grandson's life. Deacon had a similar story to tell because he tried to repair his relationship with his daughter, Hope Logan, and her family also didn't approve of it.

Deacon and Sheila lying to everyone[]

When Sheila spotted her son, Finn Finnegan, and Deacon's daughter, Hope, eating a friendly lunch in Il Giardino she convinced Deacon to kiss her and pretend that she's his girlfriend. Hope and Finn confronted the two and they both lied that they are together. Sheila explained to Deacon that she would like to put their kids together and this way they could be in their lives. Deacon didn't like the plan and told Sheila that he doesn't want to break up his daughter's and Steffy's marriages. For some time he lied to Hope however soon Deacon regretted letting Sheila convince him into following her plan and he told her daughter that it's over between him and Sheila. Deacon's ex lover Brooke warmed up to the idea of him being in her daughters life, but Hope's stepfather Ridge Forrester was absolutely against it as he was a reminder of his wife's worst mistake. What Hope still didn't know is that Deacon lived in Sheila's hotel room. Deacon told Sheila that he is in love with Brooke and would like to get her back. Sheila laughed of Deacon's dreams to reunite with the Logan woman and tried to convince him into having an intimate relationship with her. Deacon rejected Sheila's advances and thanked her for the hospitality before leaving her hotel room. When Deacon got a job in il giardino and lived there she visited him and pointed out that her hotel room is more comfortable than the "closet" he is living in, but Deacon said that he prefers to stay there over her hotel room.

Sheila and Deacon's friendship continues[]

Despite Deacon not being interested in pursuing any romantic relationship with Sheila and being against her plan to unite their children he continued being Sheila's confidant. They met and talked about their dream New Years Eve. Both of them wanted to spend the holidays with their offspring. When in December 2021 Deacon told Sheila that he was able to see his daughter and give her a Christmas gift Sheila was jealous. She also wanted to see her son and grandson during the holidays and soon her wish has come true when Steffy and Finn called her and invited her over. Sheila was shocked and overjoyed and Deacon was happy for her even though she wasn't happy for him when he met his daughter. Steffy allowed Sheila to spend time with Finn and her son Hayes Finnegan only because her mother Taylor requested it. She wanted to give Finn a chance to know his birth mother and she also wanted to observe Sheila's behavior.

Sheila manipulating Deacon and Brooke[]

The Carter woman becomes very grateful to Taylor so when Brooke confronts her and tells her that she will make sure that she is kept away from Steffy, Finn and Hayes Sheila decides to help Taylor who unlike Brooke gave her a chance. Sheila exchanges Brooke's non alcoholic champagne for the real thing and Brooke gets drunk during New Years Eve. Deacon came by to see Hope and Brooke and the two ended up drinking together. Brooke lost control as she was a recovering alcoholic and the champagne made her want to drink more. After drinking champagne and many vodka shots Deacon and Brooke shared a kiss and Brooke woke up in bed with Deacon. They didn't have sex, but Brooke still felt terrible for laying in bed with her husbands enemy. Deacon had no idea that his "friend" Sheila caused Brooke's relapse. Sheila tried to find out what Brooke has been doing on New Years Eve and she suspected that something has happened, but initially Deacon didn't tell her anything. Sheila overheard Deacon talking to Hope and found out that Brooke relapsed. She's even more happy when Deacon finally admitted that he and Brooke kissed and woke up in bed together. Soon the truth came out which caused Ridge to move out. Taylor was overjoyed when Ridge asked her if he can "come back home" and Sheila felt that she re-paid Taylor for letting her see Finn and Hayes. When Thomas Forrester confronted Sheila for visiting his sister's home again she couldn't resist and told him that she is the author of his parents getting back together and said he should be grateful. Thomas is horrified at first, but in the end keeps Sheila's secret to secure his parents relationship and to be sure that his father won't go back to his wife.

Deacon comforts Sheila (2022)[]

When Steffy overheard Sheila's and Thomas's conversation she told Finn about it and went to confront her mother in law. Sheila thought that Steffy wants to see her to make peace, but instead Steffy started confronting her for causing Brooke's relapse. At one point Sheila has enough of Steffy's verbal attack on her and she pulled out a gun. At the same moment Finn entered the alley because he was worried for his wife being alone with his unstable birth mother and that is when he saw that Sheila points a gun at Steffy. Finn jumped in front of his wife without hesitation and the bullet hit him. Sheila was horrified when she saw that she shot her son, but she refused to allow Steffy to call 911. Steffy didn't listen and tried to make the call so Sheila shot her and left the two in the alley. Deacon was working late and when he walked into the alley to reach the trash cans he saw Finn and Steffy laying in a pool of blood. He immediately called 911 and also informed Ridge. Finn was declared dead and Steffy was in a coma. Deacon went to inform Sheila about what has happened and she was pretending that it's the first time she heard about her son being dead. Sheila broke down in front of Deacon and he hugged her and comforted her. Deacon felt very bad for Sheila and genuinely believed that she is innocent.

Sheila manipulated Deacon into a sexual relationship[]

Deacon was shocked when Steffy regained consciousness and her memory because then she revealed that Sheila was the one that shot her and Finn. Not long after Deacon heard that Sheila is dead and he thought that he will never see her again. One evening Deacon saw a sexy woman entering il giardino. He got interested in her and she was clearly checking him out. The woman knocked on his door and they soon started making love. In the morning Deacon noticed that the woman is missing a toe and he then realized it's Sheila in disguise as the police came to a conclusion that Sheila is dead after finding her toe. Sheila took off her medical mask and laughed at Deacon. He immediately wanted her gone, but she reminded him that he is on probation and if she goes down he goes down as well. Sheila offered Deacon a "friends with benefits" relationship. He wasn't happy about it, but he didn't want to end up in jail again so he let her stay. Deacon started to worry when Sheila started to talk about restarting a relationship with her son and grandson.

Sheila's fear that Deacon wants Brooke[]

Sheila and Deacon seemed to bond more and somehow their weird arrangement was working. Sheila didn't try to see Finn and Hayes for some time and she even stoke steaks and alcohol from il giardino to prepare a feast for Deacon. The two also continued to sleep together so when one day Bill Spencer Jr. showed up and told Deacon to stay away from Brooke Sheila got worried. Spencer told a surprised Deacon that Brooke and Ridge broke up and he will be the one that will be with Brooke now. Sharpe has been reminded that he doesn't have as much money as Bill. When Bill left Sheila came out of hiding. She and Deacon spoke about Brooke and Sharpe made it clear that he would like to be with Brooke. He said that both she and the Logan women are beautiful and smart, but Brooke was never charged with an attempted murder. Sheila replied by reminding Deacon what extremely good sexual chemistry they have. After talking to his daughter Hope, Deacon decided to propose to Brooke. The Logan woman was touched, but she declined.

Deacon realizing that he loves Sheila[]

Deacon wanted to cheer Sheila up so when il giardino was empty he set up a romantic date for them. Both of them danced and Sheila was really happy because she couldn't often leave Deacon's small studio. Despite these romantic moments Deacon was inpatient and wanted Sheila to move out because he was afraid that he will loose his freedom and a relationship with his daughter if it will come out that he is hiding her. Sheila told Deacon that she will soon be a free person again. Deacon had no idea, but Sheila was secretly sneaking out and seeing Bill Spencer Jr. . Doors started closing in on the two of them when Finn Finnegan figured out that his mother is alive because the finger the police found was cut with a knife and not bitten by a bear. Finn and Steffy came to il giardino and asked Deacon if he knows where Sheila is. They reminded Deacon that he was friends with Sheila. Deacon lied to them and quickly informed Sheila that Finn and Steffy know that she's alive. Sheila was horrified and both of them agreed that she has to leave his place before the police starts looking for her. Sheila dressed up in her disguise and went to the rest room at il giardino where Steffy Forrester accidentally spilled water over her. The Forrester woman noticed that the woman is missing a toe and realized it's Sheila. Carter managed to flee because Steffy had a panic attack. Deacon was supposed to check the security footage, but Sheila begged Deacon on the phone to delete it so he did. Deacon lied to Finn and Steffy that nothing was recorded. Sheila escaped the police and went hiding into Bill's home. They both made a pact that they will be together and Bill will protect her from going to jail. Spencer blackmailed Steffy and Finn to not testify against Sheila or he will reveal to the police that Steffy's mother shot him in the back years ago. Bill also bribed the judge. Sheila went to jail only for a moment and Deacon went to see her. Sharpe told Sheila that he will always support her and visit her and he was surprised that she was telling him that she will be out of jail soon. When Sheila became a free woman again Deacon was shocked to learn how it happened and that Sheila and Bill are a couple. Deacon asked Sheila if she really loves Bill and reminded her how many beautiful moments they shared. When Deacon revealed that he loves her and tried to kiss her Sheila ran away.
