We work closely with Royal Mail and other courier partners to get your glasses delivered directly to you. The majority of orders are shipped within 7 days from order date; however, more complex orders may take longer, although we work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are dispatched within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note that no deliveries will be dispatched between 23/12 and 26/12, as well as between 30/12 and 01/01, which means that orders placed shortly before Christmas may take longer than usual to arrive.
