Discount Fashion Warehouse has move from its Plain City location to Dublin.
The discount apparel retailer was scheduled to open Wednesday, April 13, at 6599 Dublin Center Dr., said co-owner Jeff Bradshaw.
Bradshaw said he and co-owner Mark Lauferswiler, both Dublin residents, had kept Dublin Center on their radar as a possible location.
"(Because) we both have lived in Dublin for years, we're excited to finally have a store in Dublin," Bradshaw said.
The Plain City warehouse facility, at 8025 Corporate Blvd., opened in 2003, Bradshaw said. The company now has stores in Gahanna and Kettering and two Columbus locations.
Bradshaw said the Dublin location will provide 4,000 square feet more space than the Plain City facility.
The location in Dublin Center is a nicely trafficked area with tremendous growth, he said.
"The Center has really taken off," Bradshaw said.
Dublin welcomes Discount Fashion Warehouse to the city, said Sue Burness, a Dublin public information officer.
"New retail businesses give our residents and corporate citizens and all who visit more choices and makes Dublin a destination for shopping," Burness said.
