A 34C and a 32D are actually the same size cup size. Do men know this? Do all women know this?
A 34C and a 32D are known as "sister sizes" which means that the cup will fit the same amount of breast tissue and the same applies for their other "sister sizes" of a 36B, 38A, 32D, 30DD, 28E. Clearly the 28E bust will look much bigger than the 34C as the back is narrower so there is less space to spread the breast tissue over so they are going to stand out more. For example, a 30C is actually quite small as its sister sizes would fit a popular size of a 32B cup and a 34A cup.
Saying you like a C cup is so vague as there is a huge difference between say a 30C and a 40C. Someone that wears a 40 inch bra has a large chest circumference and is likely to be overweight and most likely wearing a size 16 dress size or more, or is not overweight but either trains hard for muscle increase, for example, lifting heavy weights or as an Olympic swimmer. The 40C cup size breast tissue is spread over a wider chest area and therefore will look like a small bust. Whereas the 30C cup size will look much bigger as the breast tissue is over a much narrower chest.
Sometimes I (Catherine) wish my bust was a perfect 32D for bikini holidays and for some modelling jobs especially for lingerie and swimwear jobs. Luckily that is why I have Undercover Glamour and a padded bra is always close to hand, or chicken fillets, or an ultra padded stick on bra in my kit bag for modelling jobs. However, day to day I am grateful that I am not a 32D and much smaller as this makes life a lot easier when you are practicing on the trampoline and running most days!
The Facts:
The band size is expressed as an even number of inches; it represents the measurement of the circumference around your chest/ back and just below your breasts. The cup size is a letter that represents the difference between your band size and the measurement of your body at the fullest part of your breasts.

We provide a great range of stick on bras in A to G cup. When ordering a stick on bra you need to understand "sister sizes". For example our F cup will fit a 32F bust but it will be too small for a 34F and most definitely too small for a 36F. You will need to choose the FF cup stick on bra if you are a full 34F, and the G cup if you are a full 36F, please refer to the Size Guide on the link above if you need help choosing the right stick on bra size for you.
