Donna Karan's four new fragrances are the first launch under the new licensing deal with Inter Parfums.

Donna Karan New York just relaunched its fashion business—and now its first fragrance collection under the Inter Parfums umbrella. Inter Parfums purchased the licenses for the Donna Karan and DKNY fragrance brands from G-III Apparel Group in 2022 after Estee Lauder Cos. announced it was shutting its designer fragrance division.
The new Cashmere Mist fragrance collection includes four complimentary new scents—
- Cashmere & Palo Santo
- Cashmere & Tiare Flower
- Cashmere & Wild Fig
- Cashmere & Tunisan Neroli
In 2020, Donna Karan'sCashmere Mist campaignpaid homage to its original Cashmere MIst fragrance and its iconic curvy bottle design.
The New Bottle Design
The elegant glass bottle is designed to suggest fabric in movement, the brand says. "Inspired by the drape of a timeless Donna Karan dress, the sleek, dark exterior is asymmetrically spliced with accents of gold," the press release states. A magnetic, organically shaped gold cap compliments the bottle. The Donna Karan logo is debossed on the neck.
The outer packaging includes a reusable canister and a top-open lid to reveal the bottle inside. The box is inspired by Donna Karan dresses that are sleek, dark and asymmetrically spliced with gold accents.

Cashmere & Tiare Flower (Solar Floral)
Perfumers who created this scent include Nathalie Cetto and Jacques Huclier from Givaudan. “This is a modern solar floral composition where the warm and cocooning amber highlights the cashmere comfort, while Vetiver adds a sophisticated mineral
woody facet to the fragrance. This confident and memorable signature brings newness to the Donna Karan brand through an enchanting solar floral twist,” explainsHuclier and Cetto.
- Top Notes: Bergamont, Mandarin, Anjou Pear, Lemon
- Mid Notes: Ashoka Flower, Tiare Flower, Jasmine Sambac
- Dry Notes: Vetiver, Cedarwood, Vanillin, Ambrofix
Cashmere & Palo Santo (Amber Woody)
Perfumer Jérôme Epinette from Robertet created this scent. “I wanted to push the addictive warmth that makes Cashmere Mist so iconic while taking it in a slightly different direction by adding a unique woody element
with palo santo as the star,” says Epinette.
- Top Notes: Golden Peach
- Mid Notes: Labdanum, Cashmere Woods
- Dry Notes: Palo Santo, Crisp Amber, Vanilla Bean
Cashmere & Tunisian Neroli (Citrus Floral)
An elegant zesty scent that makes Cashmere Mist floral.
Perfumer Jérôme Epinette from Robertet created this scent. “I wanted to create something that took Cashmere Mist to a more luminous, floral place, which is how I arrived at the blooming neroli,” says Epinette.
- Top Notes: Bergamont, Petitgrain, Yuzu
- Mid Notes: Tunisian Neroli, Lavender
- Dry Notes: Cedarwood, Ambroxan
Cashmere & Wild Fig (Floral Woody)
Perfumer Jérôme Epinette from Robertet created this scent. “How to create something unexpected and somehow rooted in nature – this was the goal. Black Pepper on top brings some zest while the wild fig and bamboo in the heart introduce the comforting nature-driven signature,” says Epinette,
