How to beat Count Draynor? ›

Count Draynor can be harmed with ordinary weapons, but cannot be killed by them. Once his health is low enough, players must drive a stake through his heart using a hammer in order to deal the final blow. If a player does not use the hammer and stake, he will heal to full health when his health points are low.

Give the skull to Malignius Mortifer, who in his turn will tell you that you need a pair of enchanted secateurs to defeat the Tanglefoot. To obtain one, you must give the Nature Spirit 3 random items along with a pair of Secateurs and ask him to perform the ritual of Phasma Phasmatis Natura.

Getting there. An amulet of glory teleport will take you next to the bank. This is the fastest and most direct method.

To have a chair follow you, perform a simple yet effective maneuver. Approach the chosen chair, and with a theatrical twist, turn your back to it. If it's the right chair – and trust us, you'll know – it will obediently start following you.

Draynor became extremely weak in isolation. His separation from Morytania eventually led to a loss of most of his race's inherent strengths, including the limited precognition that makes vampyres so adept in combat.

Upon entering the manor through the front doors, the doors will lock behind the player. There is an exit in the eastern-most room that must be used to leave the building.

Players get 120 experience from completing the course, including the 79 experience upon climbing down the crate at the end of the course. A player can complete this course in 43.2 seconds (72 ticks). Using this course, one can reach approximately 10,000 experience per hour.

Amulets of glory are very useful for training Runecraft through the Abyss, as they provide a fast way to return to Edgeville. They can also be used for crafting law runes by taking the boat to Entrana, then teleporting to Draynor Village to bank the runes.

If you bring her a cup of tea, she will tell you a story of Dissy and some misfit followers of Saradomin who went down to the Zamorak temple (in south-east Varrock) and painted "Saradomin pwns" on the wall. The Dissy she refers to is in fact the Wise Old Man of Draynor Village, whose true name is Dionysius.

After starting Garden of Tranquillity, you can use your Ring of Charos to charm Gertrude into letting you choose your kitten's colour.

Leela is a spy from Al Kharid and daughter of Osman, the head spymaster. She can be found just north of the jail in Draynor Village.

Open it and the vampire, Count Draynor, will pop up and attack you. If you have garlic, the Count will be weakened, though he will still pose a huge threat to players with a low combat level. When you defeat the Count, you will automatically stab him with the hammer and the stake.

There is also a known safespot in the Count's lair: just lure him so that he walks into one of the red banners around the walls of his crypt and stay directly behind the banner adjacent to his own.

During the Shield of Arrav quest, players must visit King Roald to collect a reward for returning the Shield of Arrav to the Varrock Museum.
