What's the difference between order pick up and drive up at Target? ›
Order Pickup orders can be placed in the Target app or on Target.com. Locate item(s) you're looking for. Eligible items will show Pick it up. Select Drive Up to have your item(s) brought out to your car or Order Pickup to pick item(s) up at the Guest Service counter.
Are you supposed to tip Target drive up? ›Target employees aren't allowed to accept tips from guests - it's against corporate policy. Now, I've never known a team member to turn cash down, but odds are your drive up person won't be expecting a tip from you. So don't feel pressured to tip them.

Once you arrive at your store's Drive Up parking area, tap “I'm here” in the Target app. A Target team member will meet you at your car to scan your app & process your return & refund.
