And despite Elizabeth Hurley and Hugh Grant remaining firm friends since their split, the Gossip Girl actress has joked that his grumpy nature and difficult personality made him unbearable to be around.
The 49-year-old star was grilled about her ex while playing Plead the Fifth on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday evening, and had the audience in stitches with her honest responses.

Elizabeth opted to answer all three of host Andy Cohen's queries, starting with the killer question about why their relationship really ended.
'He remains my best friend to this day, but he used to really annoy me', she laughed. 'I love him, but he's very annoying.'
When Andy chimed in to reveal that viewers had found Hugh to be cranky during his appearance on the show last month, Liz agreed.

'I found it very charming', the presenter replied, to which Liz quipped, 'I did too, but not 24/7!'
Hugh, who was famously caught with Hollywood prostitute Divine Brown eight years into his romance with Liz, gave his own version of events when asked about his ex on the chat show last month.

However, Liz clearly thought otherwise since she was full of praises for her ex when asked to rate his skills between the sheets.
Without batting an eyelid, the glamorous star said: 'Oh really, a 10! I was with him for 13 years!'
The pair have remained close since their break-up and Hurley even asked Grant to be the godfather of her son Damian in 2002.
