Eugene is a major antagonist in Lookism. He is one of Charles Choi's 10 geniuses and the head chairman of Workers.

At first, Eugene was silhouetted with only his glasses being visible whilst his other features were shadowed off. Eugene has pale skin short dark hair with bangs. He has a skinnier build with an average overall height. His eyes are usually closed unless he is acting under his true and devious nature. He wears a school uniform both in school and out of school, along with circular eye glasses. His school uniform includes a blue coat with a white undershirt, a blue and yellow striped tie, and plaid pants. Based on what is currently shown of his appearance, he gives off the vibe of a regular student.

Eugene displays a childlike smile with the attitude of wanting what's best for others. However, this expression as well as his attitude is the opposite of what he actually thinks. In reality, he only cares about what's best for himself and the success of his workers crew. In addition, he shows no shame for using manipulative and cowardly means to bend others to his will. He also does not seem to have any shame for the types of practices used when conducting business. Unless he isn't able to rake in profit, Eugene does not care what crimes commence in his underground businesses whether it's kidnapping and imprisonment, drug trafficking and smuggling, or even murder. His crimes extend to torture when dealing with people whom he decides to toss aside with the end goal of killing them. His cowardice extends to the use of his school friends as his personal bodyguards and hiding behind them when around members from other crews along with having hundreds of luxury cars armed with weapons and for-hire combatants if he decides to fight a crew war.
