How does the shipping work on FashionGo?
Vendors can select the shipping methods available to retailers, who are prompted to choose from the available options at checkout. Vendors must promptly ship directly to the buyer via the selected shipping method, with shipping charges added to the subtotal before payment is processed.
Tracking numbers must be included for all orders shipped with major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS).
Some retailers may ask to use their shipping account for shipments, and vendors can choose whether to accommodate their requests.
FashionGo also offers Consolidated Shipping services to vendors and retailers. Thousands of retailers save on shipping costs using FashionGo’s Consolidated Shipping, and over half of all vendors on FashionGo are participating.
