Cassandra R.I really liked Dr. Rousso for a number of reasons: 1) He listened to the issues I was experiencing and the treatments that have been prescribed to me in the past. 2) He was attentive and had a great "bedside manner". I told him I did not like the way that my previous ENT used a scope along with a numbing nasal spray to look into my nose. Dr. Rousso suggested we try it without the spray and said that if I was in pain to just let him know and he would stop. The experience, although it will never be pleasant, was 100 times better than any other time I've had it done. 3) He took the time to give me specific instruction on how to use my treatment. 4) He made sure he gave me two viable prescription options in case my insurance didn't cover one of them as well as a coupon for the recommended option (again in case it wasn't covered).
