- Repack your item(s), then log into Boohoo’s returns portal. To return an item you’ll need your order number and email address or last 4 digits of your phone number. Then just let them know which item you’re returning and why
- Choose to return at your local Post Office branch
- Print out the returns label or get a QR code for your phone

- Bring your package and returns label or QR code to your local Post Office branch and we’ll do the rest
- Boohoo will send you an email when they receive your returned stuff. If you've not heard anything in 28 days, give them a shout and they’ll look into it for you
