A 2019 survey auditing the frequency of clothing purchase by consumers in the UK reveals that 29 percent of consumers shop once every few months in-store for clothes. Whereas 4% of consumers shop less than once a year in-store for clothes. Although online shopping has become a popular method for buying clothes, in-store seems to still be the preferred method among most consumers.
