#14DayChallenge (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by Conde Nast (India) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CNI”). By participating in the Contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

You being the Participant may participate in the Contest (said “Contest) by logging on https://www.facebook.com/VogueIndia/ or https://twitter.com/VOGUEIndia and participating in the said contest with the correct answer and also by fulfilling the following contest requirements:

  • Buy the new, best-ever Pantene to start the #14DayChallenge
  • Follow Vogue India on social media
  • Tag Pantene India and Vogue India in all your tweets/posts
  • Complete the challenges shared by Vogue India and Pantene
  • Upload a video of your hair being untied
  • Share a hairstyle selfie after trying the new Pantene
  • Post a selfie in white showcasing reduced hairfall due to the new Pantene
  • Participants showcase their unique happy hair move
  • Share your hair transformation story with Pantene Indiaand Vogue India on social media
  1. This Contest shall run from October24th 2016 to December 7th 2016 and three (3) winners will be chosen on the basis of a thorough analysis of her participation across the duration of the campaign which shall be conducted solely by Vogue. The decision of Vogue with regards thereto shall be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained in this regards. By registering for and/or participating in the said contest, the Participant(s) is deemed to have accepted the terms hereof and agrees that the same shall be binding upon the participant unconditionally. The participants (including the winner) are deemed to have read these terms and conditions and is deemed to have understood and accept the same as binding upon them (including the winner).
  2. Three lucky winners will get a chance to feature in the January2017 Vogue India magazine
  3. This contest is open to all the resident of India and to enter the contest the participant(s) shall be at least 18 years or above at the time of participation.
  4. One Participant can post only one entry per challenge
  5. CNI are committed to operating a fair and consistent Contest. Please note that CNI is unable to confirm the integrity of any other Contest Participation method except for the official participation by participating online as more particularly mentioned hereinabove.
  6. Vogue reserves the right to replace any winner/s if he/she is disqualified byVogue and/or does not acknowledge its prize within one week of declaration thereof by Vogue
  7. All eligible contestants who fulfill the contest mechanics are accepted only once into the lucky draw.
  8. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  9. The competition is not open to anyone associated withConde Nast (India) Private Ltd or any associated companies.
  10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to communications beyond our control.
  12. CNI reserves the right to delete and/or remove any entry sent/submitted by email/ Facebook/Twitter mode which are derogatory/defamatory/obscene in nature solely at their discretion and the same cannot be challenged by any person whomsoever and Participants hereby indemnify and keep indemnified CNI saved and harmless against all claims made by any parties whomsoever and demands made by any authorities whomsoever for any answers sent/submitted by email/ Facebook/Twitter mode which are derogatory/defamatory/obscene in nature.
  13. CNI shall accept only complete and correct answers entry in English Language sent/submitted by the participants by email/ Facebook/Twitter in the specified Mode and within the designated period will be eligible.
  14. CNI is committed to operating a fair and consistent Contest. Please note that CNI is unable to confirm the integrity of any other Contest Participation method except for the official participation by participating online as more particularly mentioned hereinabove. Entry to the said Contest by Short Message Service (SMS) is strictly prohibited
  15. CNI may amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Contest for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.
  16. CNI shall not be liable for any consequences of Participant error including (without limitation) providing incorrect contact details & identity proof.
  1. All participants may be required to sign a form of legal release to be determined by CNI in its absolute discretion.

CNI reserves the right to reject any participant’s answer sent/submitted by email/Facebook/Twitter on any grounds without the need to notify any participant of the reasons for such rejection CNI’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regards shall be entertained. and CNI’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest cannot be contested in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.
  2. CNI reserves its right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this Contest, the entry submission process or the relevant web link.
  3. CNI reserves the right to disallow any participants’ answer sent/submitted by email/ Facebook/Twitter mode, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the same has been sent/submitted fraudulently (i.e. more than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to submit automated answers)
  4. None of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the Participant(s) and CNI and the Participant(s) shall have no authority to bind CNI in any manner whatsoever.
  5. CNI reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the Participant(s). The Amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on the said website from time to time, all concerned are requested to keep themselves updated with the same.
  6. CNI accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected participant emails submitted by email/Face book/Twitter whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNI hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Contest.
  7. CNI has no control over communications networks or lines and does not accept any responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. CNI is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. CNI reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the said Contest or the said website / weblink, to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the said website / Weblink, or to be acting in violation of the Information Technology Act or any other law or regulation.
  8. The Organiser or CNI shall not be held liable for (i) any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of their obligations to the Winner under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circ*mstances beyond the reasonable control of CNI (ii) delays, changes, cancellations, diversions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of war, terrorist action or strikes, accidents, fire, flood or (iii) for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, or death resulting from or Related to participant’s participation or inability to participate in this Contest, or the use, misuse or inability to use the Prize or any portion thereof.
  9. Winner(s):
    (a) CNI do not take responsibility for failure to avail the prize/s due to inaccurate information provided by the participants.(b) CNI reserve the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
  10. Intellectual Property Rights:
    (a) All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with CNI at all times and CNI or any other of the CNI Group Companies shall be entitled to use the articles, database, material of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to you as a participant.
    (b) Participants shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/ entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify CNI and its officers, directors, employees etc on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis

    (a) Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the CNI to conduct further or other such contest.
    (b) CNI accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third parties.
    (c) CNI are not responsible for any system failure or breakdown on the said website or otherwise.
    (d) In no event shall CNI be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest, its services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). CNI shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind CNI offers no express or implied warranty regarding the merchantability and/or fitness of the purpose of which the prize name herein are offered and/or does not give any assurance for the experience by availing the prize.

This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

    (e) The Participant(s) hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site or any of the Terms and Conditions set out therein.
