Who is Shane Farley?
Shane Farley is an award-winning television producer and consultant.
From 2006 to 2011, Shane was one of the co-executive producers of The Rachael Ray Show.
For his work on Rachael's talk show, he and Rachael won two Emmy Awards and were both nominated an additional three times.
Shane went on to produce a variety of other programs such as Steve Harvey's self-titled NBC talk series. He came aboard the program in 2017 and stayed until Steve's cancellation in June 2018.

How did Shane Farley meet Giada De Laurentiis?
Although Giada De Laurentiis was an eight-time guest on The Rachael Ray Show, Shane didn't meet Giada until years later.
Shane met Giada after he was hired to produce a talk series centered around her and fellow celebrity chef Bobby Flay.
Ultimately, the networks behind the concept didn't follow through with the program's development.
The two continued their careers until they encountered one another on the daytime circuit.
When did Shana and Giada start dating?
While he was an executive producer for the Tyra Banks and Chrissy Teigen-fronted talk show FABLife, Shane crossed paths again with fellow Emmy Award winner and later girlfriend Giada in November 2015.
This time, Giada was a guest on the now-defunct lifestyle program, which was convenient because segments of her eponymous cooking show were filmed in the same studio.
Regarding their encounters and how they ended up dating, Shane told PEOPLE: "I just thought she was really smart and funny and I thought, 'God, she would be a great host for a show.'

"We would bump into each other, we would grab a drink. We were just friends and then eventually we started dating.
"Giada is one of the most positive people I have ever met."
He added: "She is warm and absolutely beautiful—what you see on the outside is there on the inside as well."
In February 2023, Giada announced that she would be departing from the Food Network for a new adventure with Amazon Studios.
