Certainly for the next year (while EU membership provisions are in place) items bought at Heathrow duty free are duty free only if they are being exported from the European Union and you have a boarding pass to prove that.
If you are going back to Belgium, your purchases won't qualify.
If not, they might.

Duty free is a much contorted phrse.
Just because "Duty" has not been charged, it is not necessarily so, that you won't pay the retailer a far greater "profit" than they would make on a "high street price.
Duty free sales simply charge excessive profit rather than pass you the lowest possible price.
Take the prices of on board drinks where a small 125 bt of wine costs £6, much more than the actual cost to the airline.
In short, you may save something, but it will still not be a bargain.

Gucci items are not technically duty-free, however they are priced about 15% lower than in the London shops. Since they are not duty-free, your destination is irrelevant (same for almost everything at Heathrow apart from cigarettes).
Though the shop is quite large, the selection is fairly limited, so you might want to contact them ahead to find out if the items you want are available there.

Thanks. I was wondering if there are prices for EU or Non-EU destinations, but as you said that destination is irrelevant, I may decide to purchase at the airport instead.

This is a travel discussion forum, you are not communicating with the Gucci store. If you google ‘Gucci Heathrow’ you will find phone numbers for the shops at the airport and can get the information directly from them.
You might want to delete your post as you have given your full name.
