We kicked-off the campaign to bring an Honor Bell to the Colorado Springs community late last month at Elks Lodge #309. Over 100 people attended the event, which included a presentation on the Honor Bell’s mission, how the Foundation’s programs support veterans and their families, and information on how to get involved. “We’ve been hearing requests from the Colorado Springs area for a while, and were excited to see such a great turnout for our campaign launch,” said Executive Director Michelle Mallin. “The support and enthusiasm has been fantastic and we are confident the community will help us achieve this goal to dedicate a second bell within a year.”
