Type “testingcheats true” in the window that pops up and wait for the message Cheats are enabled. Enter the change traits Sims 4 cheat “cas. fulleditmode” in the cheat box and press enter. Press “Shift” on the keyboard and click on any sim to change the traits.

Click the green diamond/plumbob icon the right. Use the menu to change their name, age, voice and walk. Click the Hexagon icons in the upper-right corner to display a list of traits. Click a new trait to select it.
