With FAC codes, you can activate or deactivate features like Call Forwarding Always, Call Forwarding Busy, Call Forwarding No Answer, Do Not Disturb, Last Number Redial, and more. Call Forwarding No Answer €“ Activation*92Activates Call Forwarding No Answer. All calls to this phone will be forwarded to the designated 10 digit number when the call is not answered after 3 rings (default setting).

  3. Enter the 10-digit phone number forwarding number.

Call Forwarding No Answer €“ Deactivation*93Deactivates Call Forwarding No Answer.

Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking per Call €“ Activation*67Prevents the display of the Calling Line ID information on a per call basis.

Note: This feature is only active for one phone call.

Calling Line ID Delivery per Call €“ Activation*65Allows the display of the Calling Line ID on a per call basis. *Note - this feature is only active for one phone call.

  3. Dial the phone number you wish to reach.
  4. Dial the # key.
Call Park*68Parks a call so it can be retrieved from another extension. Parked calls can only be retrieved on extensions that this feature is available on. Parked calls that are not picked up after 45 seconds will ring back to the original phone the call was parked from.
  1. While on an active call via the handset, speaker, or headset press the Transfer button/soft key.
  2. Dial the code *68.
  3. Dial the extension of the phone the call is to be parked to.
  4. Dial the # key.
  5. You will hear a confirmation message.
Call Park Retrieve*88Retrieve or reconnect with a call that is currently parked.
  1. Lift the telephone handset, press the speaker button, or the headset button.
  2. Dial the code *88.
  3. You will hear a greeting message.
  4. Dial the extension the call was parked to, then #.
Call Pickup*98Pick up a call within an assigned Call Pickup group. If more than one phone is ringing, the phone that has been ringing the longest is answered first. Participants for the Call Pickup group are determined by the account administrator.

Directed Call Pickup (specific extension)*97Pick up a call for another user in the same group.

Directed Call Pickup with Barge-in*33Barge in on a call to or from another user in the same group. The Barge-in feature is successful only when the second user has only one call. When a user barges in on an answered call, it becomes a three-way call and the one barging in becomes the controller. A tone warns the users that another user is barging in on their call which is configured by the account administrator. The Barge-in Exempt feature will prevent calls being barged in on a per user basis.

  3. Dial the extension of the phone that is either ringing or a call is ongoing.
  4. Dial the # key. You will either answer or join the call of the specified extension.
Do Not Disturb €“ Activation*78Activates the Do Not Disturb feature. When active, the user's phone does not ring and all calls go directly to a "busy treatment" such as Voice Messaging.

  3. You will hear a confirmation message.
Do Not Disturb €“ Deactivation*79Deactivates the Do Not Disturb feature.

Last Number Redial*66Redials the last number dialed.

Speed Dial is also programmable in Voice Administration by the user or administrator.

To program using your phone:
  1. Lift the telephone handset, press the speaker button, or the headset button.
  2. Dial the code *75, then #.
  3. At the dial tone, enter the two-digit Speed Dial number (00 - 99), followed by the complete 10-digit number to be stored.
  4. Dial the # key. The Speed Dial number is now programmed.
  5. You will hear a confirmation message.
To Use:

  2. Dial the # key, followed by the two-digit Speed Dial number (00 - 99) representing the number you want to dial.

Direct Voice Mail Transfer*55Transfers a call directly to a voice mailbox without ringing the associated user €™s phone.

  4. You will hear a confirmation message and your line will hang up.
