Contrary to popular belief, I’m a true believer that leather can be worn year-round. No matter the season, leather is an essential part of my wardrobe. Whether it’s a pair of leather pants, a blazer, heels or a handbag, here’s how I wear leather all year long.

Leather pants or trousers

There’s nothing more chic and versatile than a pair of leather pants – they are so elegant yet edgy and never go out of style. You can pair them with some open-toe heels and a blouse for the spring, with a tank for summer, or with a wool coat in the winter.

Leather blazer or jacket

If you don’t have a leather blazer or jacket in your closet, then I highly recommend adding one to your wardrobe. One of my foolproof ways to dress up any outfit is by throwing on a leather jacket over the top – you can style it with a pair of shorts, jeans, a dress or pretty much anything!

Leather boots

I wear boots all fall and winter long, but I’ve seen them styled with shorts or a skirt during the warmer months as well. I love a combat style boot and a pair with a heel – you can’t go wrong either way. My fail-safe way to style a leather boot is with some skinny jeans and a trench coat.
