Draft means the applicant has started a draft application but has not submitted it. Applied means the applicant has just applied to the job opening and the application is being screened through Inspira. Under Consideration means the application has been screened by Inspira, and the recruitment process is on-going.

• Received- The hiring agency has received your job application. • Reviewed- The hiring agency has reviewed your job application, but has. not yet determined if you're qualified. • Referred- Your application is among the best qualified and is referred to. the next step in the selection process.

“Under consideration” means your application is under detailed review by the recruiter.

Progress completed is often the last status in a job application process. This often means that they've selected you as their candidate and you move into the onboarding phase.

Screen: You met the minimum requirements for the position as indicated on the job opening. Mgr Review: Your application has been forwarded to the hiring manager/department for further review. Interview: You have been selected for an interview.

Under consideration means the editor hasn't read it yet. Under review means it is being peer-reviewed. Once a paper is submitted to a journal, it is assigned to a handling editor who conducts an initial screening of the paper to see if it meets the basic requirements of the journal.

In progress means your application is under process and you are not rejected if you have given any round of interview. Under review could be if they are verifying your application status.

From my experience, it means you have completed your application in its entirety and are now awaiting a response from the company.
