At IKEA it's alright to change your mind. We accept a return of new and unopened IKEA products within the 365 days return policy with a proof of purchase.
Within the 365 days, if you're not totally satisfied with your IKEA purchase you may return new and unopened products, with a proof of purchase for a full refund. You can read about the terms on our IKEA Return Policy.
You may also return opened products with 90 days, with your proof of purchase. even assembled ones, as long as it’s in unused and re-saleable condition (at IKEA’s sole discretion) with a proof of purchase.
If you return Live plants, As-Is products, Food products, or Moderately used products within 90 days of purchase we will refund you with a Refund card.
Cut Fabric, Custom Countertops as well as products that have been heavily used, dirty, stained, damaged and/or modified are excluded from our IKEA return policy.
