Use a Laundry Sanitizer
Using a laundry sanitizer, like Lysol Laundry Sanitizer, helps kill 99.9% of bacteria on your clothes (especially when washing at a lower temperature) or any bacteria that regular detergent may have left behind.
Wash your towels separately
Towels, dishcloths and bath mats are a magnet for germs and bacteria. Ensure that you1. Wash them once a week2. Wash bathroom and kitchen towels separately3. Add Lysol Laundry Sanitizer to ensure your towels are fresh, hygienic and bacteria free
Change your bed linen once a week
Bed linen can be home to a whole host of germs and bacteria. Change linen once a week and clean it separately from your other laundry, if possible. Add Lysol® Laundry Sanitizer to the machine to make sure 99.9% of bacteria is killed, even on a cooler wash.
Hang it up straight away
Leaving wet laundry in the machine can cause bacteria to flourish. Hang your laundry out to dry or put it in the dryer straight away. If damp clothes sit in the machine for 30+ minutes, run a second cycle with a laundry sanitizer.
