Can You Romance Jaheira in BG3?

Although there were previous statements saying that all companions would be romanceable, Jaheira is a non-romanceable option in BG3. Being a well-established lore character, it makes sense as to why this would be the case. However, you can still gain approval and disapproval like with any other party member. Her opinion on you can influence certain aspects, but not necessarily anything romantic.
Jaheira Approval and Disapproval Guide
Approval in Baldur’s Gate 3 is the most important aspect when it comes to romancing a character. No matter which character you may be aiming for, making sure their approval of you is high should always be step one.
Jaheira, like all characters has a distinct personality and things she approves of and inversely things she dislikes, so long as you're able to maintain a consistent personality that can appeal to Jaheira's traits, gaining approval with her should be simple.
Jaheira is a hero of the previous Baldur's Gate games. Being an already well-established lore character, we know that she has very strong morals and values. She, like Halsin, is a druid who favors virtuous acts rather than acts of villainy and cowardice.

You get Jaheira late into the game, so your chances of gaining favor with her are slim. However, if you were able to keep her alive up until the point of her recruitment, then you should already see that as a victory. She's a hero and leader in her own regard, so acting as such will be an easy way to gaining approval with her.
