The majority of James’ income comes from DJ gigs, live performances and working as an electronic music producer; however, he also pulls in huge paychecks on Vanderpump Rules, as he reportedly earns between $10,000 to $15,000 an episode.
James made his VPR debut in season 2 and was bumped up to a full-time cast member in season 4. The trailer for the show’s tenth season dropped in January 2023, with a premiere date of February 8 on Bravo.

The “See You Next Tuesday” DJ managed to initially score a gig at Lisa Vanderpump‘s SUR restaurant through his father, Andros, and mom Jacqueline Georgiou. Lisa told Bravo’s Daily Dish Podcast in 2019, “I’d met Andros with George Michael and Andros had been around the scene in London, so we knew him a little bit,” referring to herself and husband Ken Todd.
“But then we had dinner and they both said, ‘You know, could you give one of my sons, James, a job, maybe as a busser or a barback?’ He probably, because we’d started Vanderpump Rules by then, I think maybe we were in the first season, thought, ‘OK, I want to get involved in this,’ and obviously then he started sleeping with Kristen Doute, and he was well in there like a rat up a drainpipe,” Lisa explained, as for how James cemented a position on the show.
While speaking to Life & Style at the VPR season 10 premiere, the restaurateur further opened up about how James became an integral cast member on the long-running reality series.
“I was offered my own show and I wanted to be about a group of friends that were really, you know, authentically entwined because that’s when the stakes are high. Because if you just add somebody to the cast, who gives a s–t?” Lisa said. “And you saw James, he got immersed in the cast because he started dating Kristen. So, we cared about their relationship. So, it’s always been authentic, and I love that about it. It’s a great show. I don’t think that fans will be disappointed this season.”

The London-born reality star had a successful 2022 as a DJ, traveling across the country to venues in Chicago, Denver, Washington D.C. and more. James has a few upcoming gigs in February 2023, which will take him to Nebraska, Massachusetts and Ohio.

As of February 2023, James is in a relationship with VPR newcomer Ally Lewber. While chatting with Life & Style during the season 10 premiere party at SUR, the “Feeling You” artist opened up about how filming the show with Ally affected their relationship.
“It’s life and I think that even without the show, everyone in every relationship goes through ups and downs,” he explained. “But that’s the best thing that we have with this show. It kind of forces us to get through it. Whether it ends for the better or ends for the worst, you know, you kinda gotta get through it. So, it’s a blessing and a curse.”
