On Thursday, the supermodel, 31, who is married to businessman Joshua Kushner and mom to sons Elijah, 4 months, and Levi, 2, shared scenes from her holiday on Instagram.
The post began with a sweet photo of the mom of two watching the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with her sons. In another picture, she closed her eyes, hugged and tightly held the two toddlers. She captioned the post, "Grateful."
The comment section includes messages from individuals like Caroline Wozniacki, who wrote, "❤️❤️❤️," and her sister Kristine, who commented, "Favorite little turkeys 🦃 🧡." Speaking with PEOPLE earlier this month, Kloss said the one thing that went haywire duringher pregnancywas her posture."
"Just being pregnant for nine months, I found my posture gotsobad," she shared. "So now I'm relearning my whole anatomy and trying to fix it, straighten my back." Her fitness routine has also changed with her becoming a mom.

"My routine has evolved. It's gotten more efficient. I feel like my philosophy has gotten much more about strength in sustainable ways. So I do light weights and also body weight exercises. I travel a lot still, so I don't always have a gym nearby," Kloss explained.
"So I like to do things that I can do anywhere. And I like to squeeze in the workout first thing in the morning. Actually, the first thing I do in the morning is check my sleep data," she continued. "I'm weirdly competitive with myself over my sleep."
Another thing that came from her pregnancy was a greater love for herself.

She previously shared with PEOPLE: "I had a conversation with myself a while ago because I want to be in shape, but I also have more self-compassion because my body created life." While marking her birth on Instagram in August, Kloss echoed the same sentiments.
