good weather and friendly neighborhood. Most importantly it is a very safe area both for society, and natural disasters such as tornados, earthquacks.
Here the weather is the best for entire United States because we are very close to ocean and therefore very clean air, and yet because our ocean water is very cool coming from Alaska and therefore we are dry and not humid. So regardless how hot the day is, once the sun is down, we always have cool evenings.

good weather very nice place to retire to. we have all possible activities that a retired person wants. Most importantly we don't have earthquakes in our area in the california country where supposed to have large earthquakes.

It's a nice place to live. Kinda slower paced since there a lot of senior citizens. There are so many types of people living around here.
