It seems Lord Disick is struggling to sell his family’s castle.
Hard-partying reality star Scott Disick, who put his late parents’ Suffolk County house on the market for $799,000 in early 2015, has steadily lowered the listing price by more than $250,000, real estate records show.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Baiting Hollow home is currently going for $545,000, according to multiple listings for the one-acre property. Its initial selling price, which Newsday reported at $799,000, dropped to $779,000 in April, $699,000 in May, $599,000 in June and later $549,000 in July and September, according to Zillow records.
Built in 1983 and designed by architectural trailblazer Buckminster (Bucky) Fuller, the Long Island house has two geodesic domes, or spherical structures made from triangular shapes, as well as a pool and hot tub, according to Curbed Hamptons.
A real estate agent for the property declined to speak on the matter, and Disick’s rep has yet to reply to a request for comment.
Disick, 32, lost both his parents within less than three months of each other. His mother, Bonnie Disick, passed away in October 2013, and his father, real-estate developer Jeffrey Disick, followed soon afterward.
After vehemently avoiding returning to the house and briefly entertaining the notion of then-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian fixing it up as a second home, the TV personality decided to sell it in late 2014.
“Honestly, I want to try to do the quickest, quickest turnaround possible to get rid of it,” he said during a December 2014 episode of “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.”
