Dance is a universal language that connects communities, promotes wellbeing, encourages expression, and develops positive neural pathways.

Human beings have been dancing since the beginning of time and children have an innate predisposition to move rhythmically in response to music.

Through dance, we teach important life skills that lay the foundation to build a successful future, and most importantly, it’s fun!

Our dance classes are a fantastic way for junior children to develop confidence, self-awareness and coordination while making friends and learning new skills in a fun and nurturing environment. Our studio values ofKindness, Inclusion, Empowerment and Growth are at the forefront of everything we do.

“Good habits formed at youth make all the difference.”

Membership Options
Because habits aren’t casual

How does it work?
It is our professional recommendation that Prep to Grade 2 (Junior) students attend either one or two classes per week, so these are the membership options we offer.

Families wanting to do more than two classes should contact us to discuss options.

It’s simple and cost-effective for families.
Our annual calendar is jam-packed with exciting opportunities for preschool students, so in order to get the full Dance Habit experience, we strongly recommend an annual commitment.
