Member Services
are hereby defined as any products or services now or hereafter provided or sponsored by the Credit Union or otherwise made available to Credit Union members, which services include, but are not limited to: loans, deposit accounts, ATM services, online banking services, and other electronic fund transfer services.
Member Services
means a method of assisting Enrollees in understanding Contractor policies and procedures, facilitating referrals to participating specialists, and assisting in the resolution of problems and member complaints. The purpose of Member Services is to improve access to services and promote Enrollee satisfaction. Non-Participating Provider means an any individual, corporate entity, or any other organization that is engaged in the delivery of health care services, is legally authorized to do so by the State in which it delivers the services and who does not have a contract or any other pre- arranged payment or employment agreement with the Contractor. Non-Traditional Enrollee means an Enrollee who qualifies for the reduced benefit plan provided in the 1115 Demonstration for the Primary Care Network of Utah demonstration waiver.
Member Services
means a method of assisting Enrollees in understanding Contractor policies and procedures, facilitating referrals to participating specialists, and assisting in the resolution of problems and Enrollee complaints. The purpose of Member Services is to improve access to services and promote Enrollee satisfaction. National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) means a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality by evaluating and reporting on the quality of managed care and other health care organizations in the United States. NCQA developed HEDIS and maintains and updates a database of HEDIS results. Network Provider means any provider, group of providers, or entity that has a Network Provider agreement with the Contractor, or a Subcontractor, and receives Medicaid funding directly or indirectly to order, refer or render Covered Services as a result of the Contract. A Network Provider is not a Subcontractor by virtue of the Network Provider agreement.

Member Services
is the Credit Union’s service established for its members that receives and responds to member questions about their accounts on a 24/7 basis. You can contact our 24/7 Member Services by telephone or by mail using the information in Section IX – Contact Information, or by sending a secure message through the Message Center in Online Services. “Members” are individuals who share a common bond and have an ownership interest in the Credit Union by virtue of holding shares in a Credit Union share account. Member Services
are hereby defined as any products or services now or hereafter provided or sponsored by MCU or otherwise made available to MCU members, which services shall include, but are not limited to: loans, deposit accounts, checking or share drafts, ATM services, online banking services, and other electronic fund transfer services. A “pecuniary loss” to MCU occurs when MCU writes off as uncollectible any monies which the member owes, for whatever reason, to MCU. • For loans: the pecuniary loss is defined as the principal amount of any monies owed and written off as uncollectible. The amount of the pecuniary loss does not include interest and expenses. • For shares: the pecuniary loss is defined as the negative balance in the share account written off as uncollectible.
