Where is my order in Anthropologie? ›

You can track your order using your tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can sign in to your Anthropologie account to check your order status.

Just ask a sales associate to help you get started. You can sign up at the cashwrap during checkout. To access your loyalty benefits online, be sure to sign in or sign up for an Anthropologie.com account using the same email address you gave in stores.

Choose how you pay

Choose to pay over 6 or 12 months or in 4 interest-free payments.

For online or phone orders, call 800.309. 2500. For assistance in French, email anthrofr@anthropologie.com. Please note that price adjustments for online and phone orders cannot be made in stores, and price adjustments are not applicable to shipping charges.

Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

To receive your birthday discount, you must be signed up as an AnthroPerks member at least two weeks prior to the start of your birthday month. Your code will be delivered about two weeks before your actual birthday.

A quick note: Employees receive 40% off regular-priced apparel, accessories and shoes and 25% off regular-priced home merchandise, in stores and online. Eligible users receive 25% off all regular-priced merchandise in stores and online.

Review & Reward Incentive Program

If you have successfully submitted at least five (5) reviews within the first and last date of a calendar quarter, you will receive one (1) 20% off coupon in the first month of the subsequent calendar quarter, via the email address provided at the time of review submission.

How do I quit Anthropologie? ›

To do this, you can contact us, send us an email (customerservice@anthropologie.com) or letter clearly stating that you wish to cancel your contract or make your cancellation to us in writing here (in each case, including your name and order number).

Afterpay can be used for purchases made on anthropologie.com, Anthropologie app, as well as any of our US store locations.

Their ideal demographic was affluent, settled-down career women in their 30s and 40s, with an average income of $200,000 a year. In other words, Anthropologie's intended for women much older than we are with an income that puts them in the top 5% of household incomes in North America.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered eligible merchandise for return or exchange. Merchandise must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.

Once all of your items are ready for pickup and you've received your Ready for Collection notification (remember: don't come to the store unless you've received this!), we'll hold your order for 7 days. If you're unable to come by within that timeframe, we'll have to cancel your order.

Unless you have cancelled the contract (see the section on Cancellations above) or are returning a faulty item, our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Anthropologie is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and can use our Order Tracking page to check the status of your order. Please note, your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped.
