More than 25 years after her tragic passing, Princess Diana continues to be one of the world's most famous fashion icons of today's generation. From her legendary little black dress (or as it's more famously known, the Revenge Dress) to her classic skirt suit sets and blazers, the late Princess of Wales is remembered for many of her iconic outfits.
But if there's one look she was the master of, it was her sporty ensembles. When she wasn't attending fancy engagements or going to black-tie events, the royal loved a good sneaker moment. Over her lifetime, she was spotted wearing a number of styles, including Kate Middleton's fave Superga tennis shoes and Adidas high-tops which she often paired with her go-to biker shorts and baggy sweater uniform. Another one of her favorite sneakers? A pair of pink Converse high-tops.

Diana was photographed on several occasions donning the timeless Chuck Taylor All-Stars. In 1986, she attended a polo wearing the statement sneakers with a pink sweater, baggy jeans, and a preppy bandana. She wore them again in 1988 with an army green jumpsuit, while visiting the Royal Hampshire Regiment during maneuvers at Tidworth in Wiltshire.

Three decades later, the high-top Converse sneakers appear to be timeless as ever, with It-girls like Gigi Hadid, Kaia Gerber, and even Michelle Obama continuing to sport the style on the streets. And the best part of all? They're available to buy at less than $90. So if you want to add a touch of Princess Diana style to your wardrobe this season, now would be the time. You won't regret it.
